Principal Consultant 

Cheryl Mayberry has over 15 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma business consultant, operations manager,  corporate auditor, project manager and process engineer.  Her diverse experience includes work with General Electric, Target Corporation, BP Amoco, Johnson & Johnson and Procter and Gamble.

Using state of the art business methodologies Cheryl works with organizations to develop and implement customized improvement plans  This  includes aligning strategic goals to core processes, eliminating wasteful activities and building repeatable and reliable processes. The ultimate  objective is to deliver optimal value to customers and stakeholders at the lowest overall cost to the organization. Cheryl has extensive experience sustaining  improvements and bringing transparency to achieving organizational goals with customized  performance measurement systems.

Cheryl holds an M. B. A. from the Wharton School in Philadelphia, PA and a B. S. E. in chemical engineering from Princeton University in Princeton, NJ. 

Cheryl  is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, member of the 2010 Minnesota Council for Quality Board of Evaluators and a member of the American Society of Quality.
